Importantly, priorities are shifting from cost reduction alone towards growth \u2013 five of the six top AI-related objectives identified by investors were focused on <a href=\"https:\/\/noclegi.rentplanet.pl\/en\/business-stay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">business<\/a> growth and competitive advantage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McKinsey, meanwhile, estimates that AI could potentially unlock up to <strong>$550 billion in annual value across the global real estate, construction and development sectors<\/strong>. The company highlights applications related to leasing and revenue, property management, maintenance and financial processes, among others.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, this direction is particularly important.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At RentPlanet, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentplanet.pl\/en\/technologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> is not intended to be merely an addition to rental management.
