4. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND ON WHAT BASIS?

Your User’s personal data may also be processed on the basis of voluntary consent – art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR for the purposes of direct marketing, presenting offers, promotions and other information. The User’s personal data is processed in order to: a) providing short-term apartment rental services; b) answering questions and other messages sent by the User via the contact form, e-mail or text messages and for further contact with the User, c) providing the User with information about offers, promotions, discounts and news (direct marketing – if the User consented to it) d) answers to questions asked by the User when using the hotline, e) in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator under the law, f) in order to implement the Administrator’s legitimate interests

6. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

8. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE REGARDING THE DATA PROCESSED?

a) request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data, b) if the basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator – the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for reasons related to the particular situation of the person, c) if the legitimate interest consists in conducting direct marketing activities – the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purposes of marketing activities, without having to justify your decision, d) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the compliance with the right to processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, e) lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if the processing of personal data is unlawful.
