By using the Website and the helpline, you acknowledge that the processing of your data is necessary to perform the contract – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR to which you are a party or you take actions aimed at its conclusion or obtaining information, an answer to the question contained in the contact form. Your User’s personal data may also be processed on the basis of voluntary consent – art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of the GDPR for the purposes of direct marketing, presenting offers, promotions and other information. The User’s personal data is processed in order to: a) providing short-term apartment rental services; b) answering questions and other messages sent by the User via the contact form, e-mail or text messages and for further contact with the User, c) providing the User with information about offers, promotions, discounts and news (direct marketing – if the User consented to it) d) answers to questions asked by the User when using the hotline, e) in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator under the law, f) in order to implement the Administrator’s legitimate interests
